Directions
Step 1: Boil 10-15 ounces of distilled water in a saucepan on the stove.
Step 2: Remove rose petals from the stems and rinse them with lukewarm water to remove any residue.
Step 3: Place the rose petals in a glass jar and carefully pour the boiling water in the jar until it covers the rose petals. Use a spatula to gently press the petals into the water if they rise to the top.
Step 4: Cover and let cool before straining the water with a colander or cheesecloth. The color of the rose petals should have faded.
Step 5: Store in the refrigerator for up to a few weeks.
